This contest is open to current owners and full-time users of the Jouse2.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter this contest.
Entries will be accepted from individuals of any country, except where void or prohibited by law.
Your video must be no more than 3 minutes long.
You must own any and all copyrighted material presented in your video.
Entry videos must be posted as responses to the main Jouse2 contest video on YouTube.
Your entry must also consist of a separate e-mail to contest@jouse.com stating your name, your mailing address and telephone number, your e-mail address, your age, and the serial number of your Jouse2. Please do not post this information on the YouTube site. We also recommend that you use an alias when posting your video. Compusult will not use your personal information, without your written permission, for any purpose other than contacting you about your entry.
You may enter only one video in the contest. Once your video is submitted and entered into the contest, we will not accept changes or re-submissions.
All entries must be submitted by no later than March 19, 2010.
Compusult maintains the sole right to select any or none of the entries as the contest winner. Compusult's decision is final. No appeals will be considered.
All video entries will become the exclusive property of Compusult to use in any way it sees fit before and after the contest closing date.
Compusult is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the video and the e-mail with your personal information are correctly submitted on time.
Compusult reserves all rights to refuse or remove any videos that we feel contain questionable audio and/or video content, such as, but not limited to, pornography, abusive or foul language, disparaging remarks, etc.
The winner will be announced at the CSUN Conference in San Diego, California, USA on Friday, March 26th.
In lieu of the $1,495.00 USD first prize, the winner can choose to receive a new wireless Jouse2 instead.
Compusult is not responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, or any other fees that may be imposed by the winner's country on the cash or wireless Jouse2 prize. Compusult will pay for delivery of the prize to the winner, using a method of our choice.
