What is the Jouse2 trade-up program?

The Jouse2 trade-up program is a an economical way in which a customer who has an older Jouse can upgrade to updated technology.

Who can participate in this program?

Any existing Jouse end user. To ensure that you do qualify, all we ask is you return your current Jouse to us after we send you the new one. It's that easy.

I'm a reseller or system integrator. Can I participate in this program?

No. This trade-up program has been specifically designed for end users.

I don't live in Canada or the United States. How can I take advantage of this program?

Unfortunately, this trade-up program is available to Canadian and US residents only.

How do I order Jouse2 through the trade-up program?

By completing either the Canadian or US order forms and faxing these to the number listed on the order form.

How many can I order?

You can only order 1 new Jouse2 for every existing Jouse you own.

What about shipping and handling charges?

Customers are required to pay for all shipping and handling charges associated with ordering a new Jouse2 and returning your old Jouse.

How can I pay for this?

You can either charge it on your VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Your card will be charged when the Jouse2 is shipped to you.

Can I pay by check?

Yes you can. If paying by check there may be an additional delay in shipping until the check clears the bank.

How long does it take to get my new Jouse2?

Your Jouse2 will usually ship the following day you place the order by Fedex. You should receive it within a week!

What should I do with my old Jouse?

We will include information with your new Jouse2 on returning your old Jouse. Remember, part of the reason you are getting this great price is that we are asking that you return the old Jouse. After you have installed your new Jouse2 simply return (you will have to pay for the shipping and handling charges) the old Jouse to the address provided in the box we shipped your Jouse2. Also, trade-up customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returning the old Jouse.

Please note: If you have not returned the old system within a period of 4 weeks you may be charged full suggested retail price of the Jouse2.

How do I follow-up if I haven't received my Jouse2 within the three week shipment period?

A confirmation number and tracking information will be available upon receipt of your order. Please contact Customer Service to track the process of your order.
